The Association Planète Honnête (Honest Planet) was created in 2008, at the initiative of two world-travelers, one a video creator and the other an ethnologist. Their goal: to transmit ancestral knowledge from diverse indigenous peoples met over the course of their journeys, and to bear witness to the vital interrelatedness of these peoples to their environment.

Planète Honnête is independent and free from any political, religious or financial attachments. Its operation is based on donations with precious thanks going to the tireless volunteer efforts of an entire team committed to the same values.
